Hello all,

I have a doubt/confused about the question
Have you had any post secondary education(including university, college or apprenticeship training)? If you answer "yes", give full details of your highest level of post secondary Education?

I have a Bachelor degree from back home and have done Post Graduate Diploma here in Canada. What should I answer for the above question?

you mean Post graduation diploma which I did in Canada?
Bachelor degree will not be highest level
