Merry Xmas in Advance.
I need your expert ideas here please!

I applied for QSW program in March 2013 as a single applicant, without any spouse. I got my file opened since May 2013 and nothing from them till date.

God gave me an Xmas gift of a baby girl 2 days back!

Now what should I do? I don't wish to have delays in my file. Should I add the baby, get married and add the mum? Or I should wait, get the PR, marry her and sponsor them when I'm in Quebec? Please take your precious times to advice me on this!

Thank you.

Congratulations.

You must add your baby to your application. You can say that your baby is accompanying (coming with your to Canada) or non-accompanying (not coming with you to Canada). But you must add your baby to your application. Otherwise you are committing misrepresentation and will never be able to sponsor your baby in the future and could lose your own PR status for failing to list your baby.

Are you and the mother living together? If so, have you lived together for at least one year? If you have, then you are common law and you must add her to your application as well.

Scylla +1 for your prompt intervention.

First, it is OK for me to add the baby as non-accompanying. In this situation, what do I have to do? Does the mum have to sign some papers or I'll just have to add the baby? Any links to help me read further?

Secondly, I am not living together with her mum, but I plan to get married to her when the time comes. Do I in this case have to add or mention her?

Thank you for your time.....
