Urgent question about super visa... need help please

Hello,
My sister is a permanent resident in Canada and now she wants to sponsor my parents for the super visa so my question is that if my parents get the visa so will they have to leave Pakistan within six months after receiving the visa? or there would be no issue they can move to Canada whenever they want?

1. They can enter at any time that they wish as long as the visitor visa (TRV) is still valid. Note that they will have to have proof of valid medical insurance when they arrive.
