Hi Guys,
I submitted PR under CEC with OINP 600 points on Oct 15, 2016 and received the AOR on the same day. My PGWP will expire on Nov 25 2016 and I want to submit my BOWP now.
I am working on the questionnaire, Can anyone advise if my answer is correct for my situation?
*Have you been told by an Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada office that you are approved in principle for permanent residence in Canada? Yes
*Have you submitted a permanent resident application in Canada? Yes
*Do you have a written job offer? No
This is the only way that I am able to get the Open Work permit extension option.
The documents check list is :
IMM 5710
Passport
Digital Photo
Medical Exam
IMM 5257
Letter of Explanation
I believe we should also attach the AOR, OINP letter and the Employment with the explanation letter right?
Could you guys advise if this is the correct document checklist and what other documents need to be uploaded?
Also I am planning to go to US from Nov 10 2016 to Nov 13 2016, Am I able to come back with my BOWP application confirmation letter and Valid PGWP and Visa that both expire on Nov 26 2016.
