Urgent query regarding reapplication...!!!!!!!

I am reapplying under a different NOC after withdrawing my older application..
My query is what to write at point no.9 in B/G Decl.form about my older application?
Should I just mention my file no.I received from CIO in first AOR or I should give the reason of withdrawal?

I read recently that for a applicant there were some questions asked by VO regarding the difference in application, so please ensure your applications are consistent as far as possible

I have gotten the prints of the application forms.And i have printed the file no.now should I reprint the form with reason of withdrawal or I can add further details in same form with pen?

yup its best to give the no. and yes writing with a pen (make sure its black) will not be a problem

Writing with Pen is not a problem, but if re print is not a major work for you, I would recommend reprint
