I am right now in Canada on Work permit and applied Visitor / Dependent Visa for my wife along with me. Now I want to apply for Open work permit for my wife and she is in India. Her employer can look for an opportunity if she initiates her open work permit.
1. Can we initiate Open Work Permit from India while I am in Canada ?
2. What is the processing time if we apply from Canada ?
3. I heard my wife can also apply in Port of Entry in Canada if she comes here in Canada.
4. Which process will be quick , applying from India / applying in Port of Entry in Canada ?
5. Checklists for open work permit ( is it the same as my applications? )
