Urgent PRRA Application

Hi all,

Anyone know if there any center Toronto GTA i can go, i need to work on my PRRA application the second step.
I need help i don't know how to do that and where to start.

Did you overstay or previous failed refugee claimant??
If you overstay, how many months/years did you overstay in Canada?

When did you apply for Family Sponsorship? I hope CBSA will contact CIC about your application. I heard they can expedite it for 60 days then you will get your AIP and that can prevent you from getting deported.

From which country are you from? Hope it will work out for you.

I send my sponsorship last October 2013 and we had a child born here 2012. Cbsa says they know about the sponsorship but that a difference office there nothing they can do
about it.

I heard they can expedite the processing for your AIP if you're removal ready. The CIC will process it for 60 days . As of right now, they are processing for the applications that were received last July 2013. You might hear from them a in couple of months. Did you apply for PRRA yet? I guess it will take atleast 4-6 months, you should get your AIP by then and that will prevent you from getting removed until you get a decision from your paper.

I send my sponsorship on the 21 October 2013 inc my medical exam. I'm still working on my second part for the prra app but need to send before 17 April.
