URGENT!!!! plzzzzzz reply

im applying for QSW from karachi, pakistan. i have to make bank draft in favor of MINISTER OF FINANCE OF QUEBEC. the western union in my city is asking for any proof in the form of letter, just like the IMM5620E (fee payment form in FSW), whereas in QSW, no such form exists. QSW only has payment procedure written on their website.

please advice what should i present? otherwise they are refusing to make the bank draft. they are not accepting that web page.

take a print of QSW payment procedure and show them ....let them find what they are demanding from this print
