hi everyone , i am new to this site
can someone guide me please
i got HRDC approval and i have applied my pr in april 2010 , i did my medical in may 2012
my file transfer to ottawa from buffalo and few months ago my employer merge their company with another company with same propriter
but my employer is gave me new letter is saying that my job offer is still valid with their new company also
so could you plz guide me
is their any effect on my pr or hrdc approval , coz ottawa asked me proof of my old company but that company is not more exist

Get a letter from your employer stating the merger of the company with a new one. This should be sufficient to prove it. If the owner is same, there should not be any problem for him providing this explanation letter.
