God has blessed me with a baby boy. I want to enroll his name on immigration document which i hv already sent them in june 201. Can u please help me wats the procedure..should i fill any form OR to send them email for information.??

Congratulations, get the birth certificate of child, get passport ready, photograph ready, sent copy of passport, other documents to the visa office with forwarding letter and this form http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM0008DEPENU.pdf
