I got email from OINP saying my application is incomplete and said to request WES to authorize OINP to access my ECA. For that they mentioned to order duplicate copy for OINP. I have ordered but wes only shows standard delivery to "Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program". And when I called them they told standard delivery means hard copy and we stopped sending hard copies due to covid..l have 14 days to submit or else application will be rejected. I called OINP they told we accept e delivery from many institutions and Wes says we can only do standard which is closed for OINP. What to do please help.
