My friend here got introduced to an immigration officer in Canada. she said she can help him get PR and he shd forget about express entry. She charged him some amount and requested for the normal IELTS, medicals etc. Could this be for real or do you think it's scam? Can an insider immigration agent help expedite the PR process without going through EE route?
