I apply online for visitor visa then went to the visa application centre near to me to do my biometric after the biometric I expect them to collect the documents I sumitted with my application as instructed in the biometric letter but they refuse they only collect my phone numbers and email address then they send a tracking number to my email that instruct that I should track my application through their web site how do I do that because am confuse!! I thought am suppose to be receiving my application up date from my online account ??
