Hello,
My query regarding to apply for FSW
In Civil Engineer 2131 total application till date is 207 and top cap is 300,
Will total cap reach (300) meanwhile file reach for application no. ??? (Approx Idea..)
Pls Guide should I start process or not ??
As per criteria I am eligible to apply and having all necessary documents

but what i heard is after application registration , it will take another 2-3 months.. meanwhile that 300 cap will reach...
 
It's quite possible the cap will be reached before CIC processes your application. My guess is that the cap for this NOC will be reached by the end of October.

However none of us knows for sure. So you can certainly apply and see what happens.
 
Even I am sailing the same boat. I am planning to apply under Chemical Engineers category. As per recent update from CIC, total cap reached is 100. I have IELTS score and have applied for ECA through WES. Also, I would get Pass-Ports of my wife and son in Dacember'13. So experts, can I file my application (without ECA and Pass-Ports in hand) at this moment?

No you cant. They would return your application as incomplete.
