Hi folks,

I am in canada now and have submitted my EE PR application a few months ago in Canada through the EE website, FSW category.

this morning i just received message from the system which said " Your application is rejected for being incomplete "

They said that a police certificate is required from Singapore which i used to live for a few years. But actually, Singapore is one of the country that only required me to provide the police certificate after i submitted the application and they sent me an instruction letter .

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...police/police-certificates/how/singapore.html

"We will send you a letter requesting a police certificate after you send your application for permanent residence. You must bring that letter when you apply for a police certificate."

I have uploaded a old police certificate from singapore a few years ago which didn't fully covers the whole period of the time that i was living in singapore. Because if i didn't upload a document for that section, the system won't allow me to click the 'submit' button.

I dont' think it's my fault as this document is not what i can get before my application is processed.

did anyone know which email contact or phone or use anything that i can immediately conact to report this issue?

please help for this as i am so frustrating for this!

unfortunately it was your fault as you uploaded an invalid pcc instead of a letter of explanation. you can raise a CSE and explain the situation to them.
