My wife Ielts score are listening 7 , reading 6, speaking 6.5 and writing 5.5 and overall 6.5 bands. Her NOC is 6311 food service supervisor. Are her scores enough to apply under CEC?

IELTS score is only one of the many factors (or points) to qualify for applying CEC.

Use the provided tool by CIC to check her score, if its enough or eligible for CEC:

You could also check the latest CRS draws for the lowest score receiving ITA. If you got greater or equal, you will get the invitation.
