I add my wife to my application for the PR, Now my application is In Process,
My wife got a visitor visa , Any one know how to let my wife stay with me till getting the PR?
Can we change the process of her PR to be within Canada instead of my Home Country?

Wise option will be to apply for study permit if she wants to study in Canada,or apply extension of visitor

Current processing time for PR for refugees is 32 months so it will still be quite a while. She will only get PR after your application is processed and your family members are added. If she is able to apply for immigration via an economic immigration program she could qualify earlier. Someone has already mentioned she will likely not qualify for healthcare and she is still a visitor so her extension can be denied at any point. 'most aren't even given a chance to visit their family so somehow you got lucky.

She may apply for a student permit or extension of Visitor visa.chance of the extension has narrow chance though.

Yes she can but will have to send her application the the US. Study permit is unlikely but so was the TRV.
