Urgent please -Status of my application!

Peace,

I applied for the first step in immigration to canada as skill worker 3 months ago. I have a MBA and I work as accountant in USA.
I received only a letter saying that they got my file. Does any one please know how long takes the process and if It is normal 3 months?

Don't worry they received your file, they will do some thing. your first step mean CIO, normally CIO don't send any letter which says that they have received your file, instead they send you letter saying they you application is pre-screen and tell you if its eligible for further processing. But currently CIO is taking min 75+ days for AOR.
