Urgent please: Is it better to work in the USA with my Canadian Inc. or my name?

Hi;

I am a parmenant resident of Canada and I got a contract in Denver, USA.
I have a registered incorporation in Canada

1- Should I work with my Canadian Incorporation or with my name? Which is better in terms of taxes and visa?

2- Would the days to get the Canadian Citizenship would still count if I am working in the US with my Canadian incorporation?

3- What is the kind of visa that I need to apply to in both cases? And how long it is going to take

I'll help with one question. The days spent working in the US will not count towards your PR residency obligation and will also not count towards your Canadian citizenship residency obligation.
