Sorry Ponga let me rephrase what I actually meant.....Assuming the answer given was YES and detailed explanation of all visa refused were not stated(i.e. Some were stated). Would that amount to misrepresentation?
Yes - you can still be charged with misrepresentation if you don't list all refusals (only list some). We've seen that happen here. Very important that all refusals be listed.
