Hi everyone, I am on Open Work Permit, in a process of waiting for my PR application to get approved. I have family emergency in my back home and really need to leave Canada the end of this month (January 2019). My entry visa was expired 3 years ago, but this time when I tried to renew it suddenly it became a big struggle. I wondered if I can just fly back home and renew my visa there, is it going to be able for me to re-entering Canada? Thank you.
