URGENT? Please Help

Hi,

My PNP file is in progress and at federal level since Aug 2016. I have done upfront medical in July 2016 which is showing passed on CIC account. My crs is 431 and hoping to receive ITA today or tomorrow and thinking of applying through express entry in parallel. Here are my questions:

1) my upfront medical expiring in July 2017- Can I use same medical? I have read somewhere medical must be less than 6 months old prior to applying but in my case its showing already passed in pnp application.

2) Police clearance: My police clearances are from last JULY, Can i use same certificates for express entry? MY GCMS NOTES indicate i passed criminality as well. I'm an inland applicant.

Medicals are valid for one year - you need to land before the medical expires, otherwise IRCC will usually ask that you do it again. You CAN technically use the old one, but if your application is not finalized before the medical expires, you might be asked to do a new one.

As long as you have not returned to any of those countries since you obtained the PCCs, they are still valid.
