I hope somebody can help me!
We have just received PPR and are planning on dropping off hubby's passport in London tomorrow. However, our 2 week pick up date is Thursday July 1st, which is Canada Day! We thought at first, what a coincidence, however, it is CLOSED on Canada Day! We checked the Office Closures on the website and it says July 1st!
Do you know if they will be open instead on Friday July 2nd to pick up passports instead of the Thursday? We are flying on the following Tuesday so going in 3 weeks later just won't suffice.
I have found the number for the Embassy 020 7258 6600. We are hoping to call first thing, but will I be able to speak to a REAL person or is it all automated? I really would like to call tomorrow before we journey into London as it's quite a distance from us.
Otherwise we will have to send passport via mail once we are in Canada, and as you are all aware they are very backed up at the moment!
