I submitted an online application for a new SIN number using my US address a couple of days ago (I'm NOT a Canadian citizen/PR and I currently reside in US but I have a Canadian study permit. Also I used my US bank statement as proof of address). Now, my landlord kicked me out of my apartment the other day due to some silly violation and my address on the SIN number will no longer be valid. If my SIN is approved and gets sent to this address, I won't have access to it anymore. Is there a way I can withdraw or cancel my SIN application or update the address on it? I don't know what to do and I'm panicking. Please help!
