Okay so I submitted my open work application after I received AIP..following instructions from a lady in the call centre..I have since read that that this cant be submitted online and must be mailed..,has anybody any experience or knowledge of this...has anyone submitted it online have the rules changed...I'm in a panic...

you can apply online or by mail, so don't panic. i'm not sure where you read that you can't do it online but you can do both, if you couldn't do it online why would it be available on CIC website lol. so you are fine don't worry. on CIC website gives you the instruction and mentions you can do it both ways.
