Hi All

I have been reading several posts regarding " Online Server Issue " @ Transmit and Pay.

I was thinking of declining the ITA, and re-entering the pool.

My EE profile expires on 18th Dec 2016.
After 18th Dec if i decline the ITA then i think, it would take 2 months for OINP to transfer PNP -600 POINTS to the new EE profile i will create.

If i decline today, then i still have 2 draws to attend - 30th November or may be 14th dec, before the profile expires.

I have tried all possible options to edit my work experience, education section. I tried my best to get through the transmit and pay option, but no luck.

I DONT TRUST CIC that they will rectify the issue of submitting and paying for PR application. Eventually they will put it on us to check our laptops, internet connections, cache files and what not.

How long do you have till your ita expires? Your profile won't expire on 18th if you already have your ita

I have till 3rd January 2016... but if the issue is not resolved then my ITA will expire on 3rd Jan and then my EE profile will also expire, then when i create my profile again i have to transfer OINP to the new profile, this might take another 2 months. Not sure...

This Online server error problem is causing so much trouble.

Hi,

I am facing same problem. Trying to pay PR + RPRF Fees since 19-Nov-16. I have 13 days left for 60 days window to expire.

PAYMENT SUCCESSFUL- Transmit and Pay

Hi Friends,

I have done successful payment. I re-checked entire profile and in 3 places in 'Work and Personal History", i had done over- lapping of dates and at 1 place the "Years" were not in order.

Once I rectified and save the same, I was allowed to do "Transmit & Pay".

I have sucessfully paid PR + RPRF fees through credit card online. Also have received payment receipt by mail and details in "MY CIC" has been upgraded.

Hope the information will be useful for those facing similar problem

Guys, I found the trick.
Go to your personal history part, make click your activities in the past 10 years.
Either modify all your educational activities or delete those rows and submit them again.
The reason is I think for most of us facing this issue was those section had been filled before the system upgraded but after the update, system added more questions on any of the educational activities.

Hopefully everyone should be fine after made changes as what I mentioned above.
