URGENT. Newborns passport and my PR app

My PR application is under process ( medical done so im assuming its near completion ) and i have applied for my child's limited validity passport ( which, according to the embassy i can get within 4 -6 weeks ). I have my flight booked after 9 weeks. I just want to know ifgetting my childs passport will speed up my app process and i get my visa too in 9 weeks?

Nope. Your child having a passport or citizenship will not expedite your application.

Hope you can change your flight without penalties. Timeframes are always estimates so hopefully it works out.
