Urgent-Need help

Hello everyone

I need expert from everyone. My brother got his MPNP interview on June 26,2015 and he is outland applicant but after that we did not hear anything back from them. Anyone has same experience that they took over 3 months to send approval letter or if they take that long that means it will be a refusal ? Anyone help would be greatly appreciated

perhaps give them a call and send an email

alternatively ask the sponsor to visit the offices and ask whether all is okay or further documents are required. Druce's sponsor did that and they've gotten good results in good time too. Doesn't hurt.
