URGENT NEED HELP..GOT REJECTED

hello everyone i have an urgent problem. i had been studying in Canada for a while and had to renew my permit. but while applying i mentioned in my application that i was attending school while my application was in process, which is my fault. but they rejected my permit and told me to leave the country immediately. i left the country because i did not want to take any other risk.
Now i am thinking of applying again because i have one semester left and i really need to finish to secure my future as everything is depending on it. please i need advice as to what i should do.
And i had another question: Do i need to do ielts again or no because i am already a continuing student.
i have actually paid the fees for summer intake and have gotten my letter of attendance but before i apply is there anything else i should do.
Please help me out here.

Hello,have been accepted at vancouver university and I applied for my study permit through south Africa I submitted all the documents and the on status it just indicated that your processed passport is ready for collection after receiving it only to find that there was no visa in my passport and no letter of aproval does that mean that have been refused I'm worried kindly advise
