Urgent!! my study permit

Hello,

Could someone please advice me about document number on study permit and landing paper?

My study permit is issued, however, its document number is not as same as presented on landing document.

Is this normal?

Yes, that is totally OK. The Study Permit letter of introduction will have a document No. starting with a "F" and 9 digits, while the landing document No. will start with an "E" followed with different digits.
