URGENT - Manitoba Sponsor Query

Hello All,

I have a friend who is willing to sponsor me under MPNP General Friend Support stream

However my friend's wife has sponsored her real brother.

In that case can my friend still sponsor me or does he have to wait till her wife's sponsorship application clears?

Please advise at the earliest
