Urgent - London High Commision need to Contact - 3 Months Study Permit Wait

I applied for a study permit on the 31st of July 2019 from Ireland , It is now coming up to over 14 weeks since I applied and I have had no response. I have sent multiple web forms after it had exceeded my normal processing times, and Ive got no response.

My deadline to provide proof of study permit is 15th of December.

does anyone know any way I can contact the high commission in London ??
