Urgent: Letter to submit passport for PR after one year of medical examination

Hi

I got my medical examination in Dec 15. I got letter to submit passport in Nov 16 and it will take at least one month to get PR on my passport. However, based on their rules PR expire after one year of medical examination which means that by the time I get my passport with PR it will already be expired.

I requested info but I am not getting any positive feedback. They don't know the answer and have asked me to search their website but nothing is found.

I don't know what to do next. Can anyone help. Is it possible that I get medical examination again. If I do then how can I update it in my application again?

Congratulations!

You can either wait for instructions from IRCC after sending your passport or schedule a medicals right away and submit the results via CSE (and a note to explain why you are doing this) along with physically sending your passport.

Thanks for the advice, will try accordingly. Though did not receive any proper response from IRCC
