I know that it is recommended not to leave Canada while extending study permit, but i have an emergency case in my home country, so i would want to know if that would be ok to leave?
My current study permit is gonna be expired in July (as well as my visa), i'm planning to leave Canada at the end of this month (April), and coming back in June. I applied online for a new study permit in March (i know that i could have waited till i come back to do so, but...). So i might not get the new permit before i leave the country. Technically, when i come back to Canada in June, my study permit as well as my visa are not expired yet, so would that be ok to leave during this time?
