URGENT key factor to note before sigining AEO CONTRACT LETTER for ALBERTA?

Hi,
One of the IT COMPANY based on ALBERTA is willing to hire me on IT JOB and Now, I was called by the consultant in order to sign ARRANGED EMPLOYMENT OFFER (AEO) CONTRACT Letter for this company. I would like to know what are the things or the key factors that i should be careful before signing the AEO contract letter ?

PLEASE KINDLY SUGGEST ASAP, I have to sign the contract letter within this week. Therefore will appreciate if I could get to know any one experience on AEO as soon as possible.
