Urgent **ITA From : Is Schedule A needed upfront ?

Hi Gurus -

While filling ITA form, do we need to provide schedule A upfront ? It seems to have same information as ITA form, what is the reason filling it again ?

Just FYI, I had US L1 visa rejection long back but later H1 visa was issued. Does that change anything ?

You don't have to fill it upfront but if you said "yes" to any of the statutory questions you might get a request to provide it later on.

I don't remember exactly which section but it is in one of the forms that you have to fill first before getting your document checklist.

I'm sure I'll find it. I got to the forms bit (personal history, work experience) bits. I just closed it again and went to get a beer ;)

I am mentioning YES to one question as my L1 visa was rejected in India and also providing explanation in the box.

Also, looking at schedule A it has few questions like years of primary education, high school education, etc. I didnot get WES evaluation for them. Is that normal and what should I mention in those boxes ?

You don't have to get an ECA for those.
