Hi there does anyone know why I can do or have to contact info of the eta department that I can contact??
My study permit was approved on the 7/7/17, however my letter of introduction and eta (only need this due to British passport) was never sent to me and my personal ETA to Canada was cancelled. Yesterday I went down to my embassy (Abu Dhabi) and they gave me the letter, however they don't control the ETAs. Today I received a new ETA via email however after going on the website to check it's status is has also been cancelled - even though I just received it??
I'm so confused can someone please all me. I'm also supposed to be travelling in less than 2 weeks.
