URGENT. Issue visa without REMEDICAL

Can they issue visa with expiry medical?

URGENT question. Ok so we got passport reuqest on nov 11, we sent in. then after 3 weeks i sent in email to islmbd INQUIRY and they said your medical has expired and i got an email for remedical on dec 17. NOw i got email from VISA office that your passport has been dispatched .

so does this mean i got my passport back with visa yet or not

will i have to send my passport again....

I would like to say yes,as sometimes they extend medicals if they are issuing your visa soon ..
