My parents and simbling are all currently residence in Canada. The only information I have is that.. I have a PR status in Canada as well.
is it possible that I file an application on my own to restore my PR Status.

You'll need to provide more information.

When did you obtain PR status (what year and month)?
How long have you lived in Candaa since obtaining PR?
How long have you lived in Canada in the last five years?
How old are you now?

Thanks so much for your response.

You'll need to provide more information.

When did you obtain PR status (what year and month)? The PR was around 2010 not sure of the Month, I was about 21 year old then
How long have you lived in Candaa since obtaining PR? I have Never lived or travelled to Canada, I Just started my Degree in my Home Country and never moved with the family
How long have you lived in Canada in the last five years? Same as in Above.. Never leaved my Home Country
How old are you now? I am 26 year old now... I was twenty one at the supposed time when the PR was filed by my parent.

If you never traveled to Canada to activate your PR visa - then you never became a permanent resident and don't have PR status. So there is nothing for you to restore.

If you want to become a permanent resident you would have to apply for PR on your own through one of Canada's economic classes like Express Entry. You can find detailed information about this here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/apply.asp

Ok thanks so much... and now if I decide to apply all over again do I have to mention anything on my forms in relation to my case and the
supposed PR I had that was never activated.
