Hi everyone. Ircc verified that parents are in home country and sent passport submission request. Passport submitted four days back by vfs.
Today received an email inviting to register at PR portal for virtual landing and receive pr card through portal.
What to do? Should i reply to this email or ignore? If i reply to them what should i write. Thanks in advance. Best regards

if they are out the country they can’t land virtually unless something has changed that I don’t know about. If they submitted their passports in their home country I would send a webform indicating that they are out of the country and have sent in their passports for stamping so do not need virtual landing.

Not sure what to do. Looks like a mistake on the IRCC side (since passports were submitted already to VO)
Maybe try to call IRCC or submit a webform to explain the situation...
First time seeing this.

Do you have a VFS tracker number? If it's processing then nothing to worry. Like others suggested you can send a webform.
