URGENT - IRCC IME: Assessed for TR Only?

I just received my medical gcms since my medical has been in process for more than 3 months. my biggest surprise was to see that it had been assessed and granted in the gcms file but was assessed for TR only. my application to CIC was for PR and this is written in my gcms. Has anyone had this experience before? Please can someone be able to advise how can I resolve this error?

It is possible that it is a data entry error, paper-work error, or that your panel physician gave the wrong medical/medical report. Definitely contact IRCC as well as the physician's office.

Thanks guys. I will do as you have both advised. I will raise the CSE, ask the PP to send and email to the RMO to correct this. and I will update you guys on the outcome. many thanks guys
