I submitted my application on July 2018 to NS and received a confirmation email on Nov 2018 but since then I have no other update, that where my case would be transferred for further processing?
Can anyone tell me please and also that where it might be transferred UK or New Delhi ?

Where your file gets transferred to, I believe depends on where the PA resides. So I can't say for sure. But you vwill get notified when /if they transfer it the usually do your (Sponsor ) eligibility in Canada, and then if approved! They will transfer the file to the appropriate vo (visa office) You'll also be notified when /if your approval is complete

PA lives in Pakistan. I already got an email confirming my eligibility on Nov 05 including file number.

How is this urgent? Writing "urgent" when it's not is why people won't bother answering truly urgent queries!

Shortly if not already it will be transferred. From there, PA will get request for medical and then background check. I think Pakistan application go to London. Theres a group for them in here.
