Hello! I have recently come from Bangladesh to Canada with my wife who is on study permit. Need some urgent help.
I was applying for an open work permit in Canada. Found some difficulties while filling up the questionnaire and application form. I have done my medical check up from Bangladesh by the CIC authorized physician while applying for the visitor visa and it is done within 5 months. Now in the open work permit form it is requiring the proof of medical. But I am afraid I don't have it with me because the medical report was directly sent from the physician's office to the visa office, Singapore and they gave no document to me as well as my wife. Only the document I have is the requested mail from the cic.gc.ca.
In this situation I am a bit confused what to do or what document I need to upload as my proof of medical.
Your quick advice will be appreciated.
