I've been recently invited to apply for one of the OINP streams.
The problem I have is that I do have qualifying IELTS test scores but I don't have the physical document.
I have a picture but it is blurry. I can access the score viewed on web.
Question: Can I use either of those two or both pieces as a submission document?
I also found that I cannot request a re-issue to myself. Does Ontario gov take newi issues?
I'm willing to re-take the tesk if I need to.
