i wouldnt trust any consultants. do applications urself its a very straight forward process check list is on CIC website just follow the checklist.

Doesnt mattter, this matters only whnen filing for PR

Some consultants use this as a marketing ploy to lure students in..again, that rule is for PR or work applications, NOT FOR STUDENT VISAS.
