(URGENT )i sent the step 1 of pass req but the e-mail i got was incomplete

when i sent my update info chart to VO it was incomplete, becoz all of sudden i found out.. and i ve sent my incomplete UPDATE i.e ph num and adress bars are missing ???
WHAT TO DO ??? ???

wait for VO to respond or send again what thy requested
