I applied my parents visitior visa in dec 14,2021 that time I was on Work permit but now I got my PR on feb 10,2022.. should I inform to IRCC regarding my status change , parents file in process??

You can raise a web form and inform them. I believe it will be helpful for your parent's application too!

May I know what type of enquiry should I put in web form ? Need one web form or separate for both parents ?

because sending multiple webforms will make your application process slow

amendments to your application

Its visitor visa for my parents..should I put one parent details and for other one explain in subject?

thats correct just put details on one parent and in description/ details
write whole issue along with both parents details
