Hi guys. Please help!!
I have submitted my application June 14th 2020 under CEC, inland.
Initially, I was requested to submit an offer letter, employment records and employment letter. I have 1 year Canadian experience, no LMIA. I answered Yes to having a job offer in Canada but no to having LMIA. Does this mean I have to show my employment for an extra 1 year after I get PR??
Would this trigger a rejection?
what do u advice I do at this point. My pgwp expires in two weeks and my bowp is still pending.
All my employment letters say my job is permanent, does it also have to say ‘valid for 1 year after PR’

What's written on your work permit ?

Is your current work is LMIA Exempt ?

I have an open work permit. Had a 3 years pgwp. My work is as an Admin Assist Noc 1241, I don’t need LMIA
As long as you did not claim the 50 points, on job offer, you are fine. Many people did same as you and got their PR
