URGENT HELP

I have submitted my student visa on 9th july 2019 and when i track my vfs application it was " visa application is under process at VAC"

but i just logged today to the portal and it says " Visa application is being processed at the Canada Visa Office" .

can you explain me what does it means. it is Canadian Student Visa

Just means application has been delivered to visa office, nothing specific.
