I submitted my visa application last month on the 26 got an sms that my processed passport is out for collection, when i got to the collection center i was handed my passport inside an envelope upon opening i saw a small piece of paper with an information on it here is what it says " Important information regarding your application has been sent to your email and if I didn't get the mail i just email them with Final Decision Not recieved. I checked my email and didn't see the message i emailed them back with the emailed address on the paper got a response back and they said they would respond in 5 business days. Does it mean my visa was approved? Because on a normal situation i should have received a paper stating why I was refused. Please anyone with helpful information. Thanks in advance

No, but the first time i applies i got a refusal letter, this time it should said i should check my email which i haven’t received anything yet in the email. They said it would take 5 business days before I get a reply from them.
On the letter that came with my passport it reads” Important information regarding your application has been sent to your email address”
As you have no visa in your passport, you were refused. The refusal will come eventually.
